Chris Walton Departs from The Men of Music

It is with great sadness that The Men of Music announce the departure of their tenor, Chris Walton.  I absolutely hate change but sometime circumstances demand it.  As of April 26, 2010 Chris' resignation became effective.

Chris has announced that he has returned to touring with his family group The Waltons of Calera, Alabama.  We want to wish Chris the very best in all that he does.  The Waltons are a very talented group and I look forward to seeing what happens with their Ministry.

Please keep The Men of Music in your Prayers as we make final decisions on who will step up to the mic and take the tenor spot.  We have auditioned some awesome tenors and are Praying for God's direction in our decision.  It takes a special Christian to commit to the time and travel that is involved with a Ministry such as ours.  Unfortunately, we can't hire everyone that we have auditioned but hope that in all of this process that we have made many new friends.  God Bless ALL who have auditioned and our Prayers are with you as you continue in your individual Ministries.
